Love Transforms Everything

This world was made by the transcendent power of Love, despite what human beings have done with it. Let’s open ourselves to that reality! When we do, we find that our experience of Love transforms everything.

To know Love as it is, to open oneself to that huge resource, a person has to stop controlling their life on the basis upon which they’ve been controlling it, and realize that there is inherent, at the core of their being, an already-existing poise, an already-existing authority, an already-existing power.

This world was created by Love. When we stop trying to control it and re-create out of any narrow-minded beliefs we might hold, we have the opportunity to stand in the place of Love and to be creators of our world from that standpoint. And actually, our opportunity is to be a creator of our world on purpose, rather than by default, because we’re creating some kind of world anyway. Humanity is creating a world by trying to make it conform to its many beliefs about how it should be. That attempt is followed by disappointment and severe pouting when the attempt is found to be unfulfilling.

We can own the fact that we are creating a world. Standing in transcendent Love, we create a world that is made from Love, and not out of the unhappy insistence that people and events conform to our beliefs.
