Crucible Work

Walk through the gateways of emotion to the power of the soul

Crucible Work is emotional process work in a spiritual context. It is designed for people who are participants in the Emissary network who have attended Journey Into the Fire, The Opening, or The Deepening.

Crucible Work is based in the understanding that the primary human emotions are gateways for the radiant expression of a higher spiritual reality.

The process is initiated by the participant and their desire to take another step in their life journey. The facilitators guide the participant in their exploration, and a small group of people surround the participant with loving support.

Crucible Work uses four archetypes as touchstones for primary emotional energies:

Magician – Intuition, perspective, learning, creating sacred space
Lover – Trust, connection, openness, oneness through love
Sovereign – Blessing, vision, direction, extending love to the realm
Warrior – Action, boundaries, self-discipline, accomplishing sacred purpose

The Development Team

David Karchere
David is the Spiritual Director for Sunrise Ranch and the global spiritual network, Emissaries of Divine Light. He offers seminars and coaching in spiritual awakening and transformation in many locations around the world. He is also a songwriter and poet, and a speaker on the profound change which is occurring in human consciousness today.

Rich Kenny
Rich Kenny is committed to freedom and creativity. For over ten years, he has created and led workshops in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South Africa and England. Rich is currently co-director of The Glen Ivy Center, where he has lived for over 30 years. Rich is delighted to share what he has learned with anyone interested in insights into how life works.

Having a Life

Our life and our service are special just because they are ours. We can respect that other people’s lives are special to them, but this is the life we have, whatever it is.

Have you learned to cherish your life, with everything that’s in it—all the problems and challenges, as well as the joys and the victories? Have you learned to cherish it just because it’s yours? When you stop and reflect on it, it is pretty amazing that this is the one we’ve got. Whatever is happening in it, it’s ours. We were given this life. When we stop and ponder that, there can well be a spirit of tremendous gratitude that somehow the universe, life, the Creator, put us in the middle of this life and gave it to us and said, “It’s yours.” It’s yours to make the best of, yours to have an experience and to allow that experience to be all of what it could be.

I invite you, in the time to come, to do a little experimenting. Experiment with what it means for you to receive deeply into your awareness the people and the circumstances of your life, no matter how painful some of those things may seem to be. Your willingness to be present in calm assurance, receiving those things, will allow them to come flooding to you. It may be difficult to receive some of the people and circumstances of your life. You may have some tears in receiving them. You may have some fear to get over in receiving them. But, as you do that, you know your world in a different way. You may be surprised at what comes flooding to you, and you may be surprised about what you know and understand about other people, and about your world.
